Hi, I'm Zosia (she/her)
I'm a registered counsellor with a lot of compassion for all the emotions that are a part of our human experience. I'm a Polish Kiwi, an LGBTQIA+ ally and a feminist with a warm bubbly personality and strong feelings about social justice.
Many of the people I work with are insightful and self-aware, and have often engaged in previous therapy. While this has helped them understand their patterns, they may not have experienced the deeper, lasting change they’re looking for. I am passionate about offering personalised support that welcomes all parts of you and helps you reach deeper healing that goes beyond awareness and actually helps you feel and act differently.
Beyond my specialist training, I regularly consult with experienced clinicians to provide the highest level of care. When you work with me, you gain access to my spcialist knowledge and experience and also to theirs.
I cherish the therapeutic relationships I have with my clients. Research shows that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of what 'works' in therapy, so let's chat about whether I am the right person to help you reach your goals.
